Registration Schedule, Thesis Examination, and Judiciary (Yudisium) Period of 2022

Submission of exam files and registration is carried out offline and online to the committee’s e-mail (adm.prodi.ik.undip@gmail.com, cc: mada.marinescience@live.undip.ac.id) mailto:dwiharyanti@lecturer.undip.ac.id and confirmation through the Wa Admin of the Study Program (mba Rika). Before registering, please check the completeness of registration in the following SOP:

If there are questions related to thesis or judicial examinations (not graduation) you can contact mba Rika (WA: +62 853-2724-8084) or Pak Mada (WA: +62 852-7551-5793)

Each period can accommodate about 15 exams. Please note that there is no thesis exam in December. Please prepare for the thesis exam and plan your graduation according to the academic schedule of the Faculty and University, as well as communicate your plan properly to the Guardian Lecturer &advisor.

Free scan of the lab
Library-free scan (FPIK library and UPT library)
Latest SPP slip
The best transcript that already has a thesis score that has been in the Dean’s ttd
Scan the thesis endorsement sheet
SKL that has been signed by the head of the department
Proof of submission of thesis hardcover to the library and proof of hardcover submission as a judicial requirement (see example)
A journal upload certificate signed by the supervisor and providing a link to the journal that has been published on the certificate
Collect the SKPI form and its attachments to the Academic section (Building F, Pak Rusyanto)
Attestation of Thesis Report Improvement (see example)
