Salt may be seen as a trivial spice in the kitchen. One of the improvements in salt quality can be done by adding iodine. The service activities carried out by Dr. Drs. Wilis Ari Setyati, M.Si made modifications to the manufacture of iodized salt using halofloculant bacteria, which was funded by PKUM Diponegoro University.
